REFUND & RETURN POLICY 

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITH OUT AUTHORIZATION FROM CANADIAN TRAIL HOUSE

Refund of Featured Products 
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of any of our featured products, please advise us within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Your product purchase price will be refunded once the product has been returned in its original condition within 21 days of purchase. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded. Refunds will be given in the manner product has been paid for and will be paid in the currency of purchase. 

Refund or Return of Custom Made Products 

There are NO REFUNDS FOR CUSTOM sized or multi colored tack.

Dixie Midnight No Sweat Vent pads may not be returned if cut.

Skito pads and Carousel tights may not be returned unless workmanship is defective. These items are to be shipped directly to the manufacturer.

A copy of the original invoice must be returned with product. A 20% restocking fee may apply.

United States and International Clients

Items must be returned by mail. UPS or other couriers will  not be accepted. Please call for instructions before shipping items.
